Have you seen Emma Matthews?

Emma Matthews is wanted by police for theft, theft of a motor vehicle and failing to answer bail offences.

Three warrants have been issued for her arrest.

Matthews is known to frequent the Werribee area, and was also last seen in Werribee.

Matthews, 39, is described as 160 centimetres tall, with a thin build and fair complexion.
