It’s time to put on your wizard’s hat and practise your spells.
A Harry Potter Party to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the publication of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K. Rowling will be held later this month by Werribee Newsagency Lotto & Dymocks.
The event will include a door prize, prizes for the best-dressed participants, games, finger food and drinks.
The store will also offer 20 per cent off Harry Potter products during the party and attendees who spend more than $40 will go into the draw to win a Harry Potter prize.
The party will be on Sunday, June 23, from 2pm – and the only way to attend is to obtain an owl mail invitation.
Anyone who would like an owl mail invitation should message their email address to Werribee Newsagency Lotto & Dymocks’ Facebook page and the business will send you a personalised invitation.
RSVPs are due by June 16. Make sure you check your emails after June 17 to find an email from werribeenewsagency@gmail.com.
