Police said that a 16-year-old was walking with her mother through the centre about 1pm on  July 14.

The pair were on an escalator when a man ran up behind them, allegedly grabbed the girl on the backside and ran off.

The man is perceived to be of Asian appearance, tall with a slim build and possibly aged in his late teens.

At the time of the incident he was wearing a dark blue tracksuit with a light blue stripe up the side.

Detectives have released images of a man they wish to speak to in relation to the incident.
