Older adults looking to get back into fitness can sign up for Older Adults Gentle Exercise Sessions, now running on a new date and at a different location.

Older Adults Gentle Exercise now takes place on Thursdays, from 9:30-10:15am at Penrose Promenade Community Centre.

Sessions will provide training for stretching, strength, balance and exercise to help develop attendees overall level of fitness.

The sessions will run for 45 minutes, are open to everyone over the age of 50, are free and no experience is needed.

Registrations can be completed online or if you choose to register on the day of arrival, please arrive five-10 minutes early.

All participants must complete a pre-screening questionnaire prior to joining in the session, these will be available to complete on the day.
