Four teenagers have been charged with seven counts each of robbery and various deception charges after a series of robberies in Tarneit, Truganina, Point Cook and Williams Landing on Friday night.
Police allege mobile phones, wallets, credit cards and backpacks were stolen during the robberies which took place between 7.15pm and 9pm on Friday.
An 18-year-old victim was taken to hospital by ambulance. He was believed to be suffering from concussion.
Those charged include two 17-year-old boys, an 18-year-old man and a 19-year-old. They come from Tarneit and Wyndham Vale.
