A truck driver died in a collision in Laverton North yesterday afternoon.
Police said that two trucks were travelling south along Little Boundary Road about 3.40pm when the collision occurred.
It is believed the cabin of one of the trucks was crushed when it struck the trailer of a truck turning right.
The yet-to-be-identified driver died at the scene.
The driver of the turning truck, a Western Australian man aged in his 50s, stopped at the scene and is assisting police with their inquiries.
