Creatives in Wyndham are being encouraged to submit expressions of interest to participate in Wunder Gym’s Forward Motion arts program and have their works displayed at the 2022 Melbourne Fringe Festival later in the year.
Local council, in collaboration with Hobsons Bay council, are seeking thirty participants to respond to a brief that follows the theme FUTURE INSIGHT.
Through workshops and shared resources, artists will create work for an exhibition across multiple sites within both municipalities.
Successful art pieces will be displayed at an exhibition at 2/10 Watton St, Werribee for the duration of Melbourne Fringe Festival as well as large public art installations located at Laneway Gallery and Altona Civic Centre.
Two online information sessions with Annette Wagner from Wunder Gym, will run on Sunday, July 31 and Sunday, August 7,
The program will run August 12, to October 29 and applications close Wednesday, August 10 at 5pm.
