A mother and her two sons were lucky to escape injury after an explosion in Werribee overnight.
The front two windows of a Songlark Crescent property imploded when the explosion occurred about 10.15pm.
Two teenage boys, who were in their bedroom at the time, were lucky not to be showered with glass when their window blinds stopped the debris.
Wyndham Crime Investigation Unit detectives and local police attended the scene and are investigating.
