May is ‘Energy Smart month’ in Wyndham, and locals are encouraged to take advantage of several free information sessions.
The series of sessions will be held to help residents learn how to reduce power bills and how to make homes comfortable all year round.
The first webinar will be run between 7-8pm on Tuesday, May 13 by home comfort and energy adviser and author Tim Forcey, focusing on how to completely electrify the home.
Mr Forcey will share his expertise and advice on ways households can shrink their overall energy costs, completely move away from using gas and reduce their climate and environmental impact.
On Saturday, May 24, locals will share their own energy saving success stories at the Dianella Community Centre
Between 1-3pm, residents will share their experiences with going solar, getting off gas and getting into EVs.
