Police are searching for Dylan Hills, who is known to frequent the Tarneit area.
Hills, aged 22, is wanted by police in relation to burglary and theft offences.
Two warrants have been issued for his arrest.
He is described at 180 centimetres tall, with a medium build, blue eyes, brown hair and a fair complexion.
