Drugs, cash, designer goods, luxury cars and a Harley Davidson motorbike were seized when police carried out search warrants in suburbs including Truganina and Yarraville on Friday.
The Melbourne Divisional Response Unit executed seven search warrants in total across metropolitan Melbourne.
A Mercedes Benz, Maserati and Harley Davidson were among the items seized.
A 33-year-old Truganina man and a 30-year-old Southbank man have both been charged with trafficking a commercial quantity of cocaine.
They have been remanded to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates Court on August 27.
A 38-year-old St Kilda man has been charged with trafficking cocaine and was remanded in custody to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates Court on June 21.
A 27-year-old Melbourne male has been charged with possessing steroids. He was bailed to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates Court on October 27.
