Wyndham council has informed residents Dohertys Road, between Tarneit Road and Derrimut Road is closed to traffic.
In a Facebook post, council cited high water levels as the reason for the road closure.
“It is anticipated the road will reopen tomorrow – weather permitting,” the post said.
