A Werribee drink driver has had his license suspended for 12 months after he was caught nearly seven times over the legal limit.
Police intercepted the vehicle yesterday afternoon after spotting the 39-year-old man driving erratically along K Road in Werribee South.
The driver was taken back to Werribee police station for an evidentiary breath test, where he recorded a result of 0.343.
The man had to surrender his vehicle and had his license automatically suspended. He is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving offences.
