Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 12-year-old girl Tara.
Tara was last seen on San Sebastian Drive, Point Cook on Wednesday, February 9 about 3.30pm.
Police and family have concerns for Tara due to her young age and a medical condition she has.
Tara was last seen wearing red tracksuit pants, a long-sleeved maroon crop top and black Nike-brand shoes.
She is known to frequent the Brunswick and Melbourne CBD areas.
Police have released an image of Tara and urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact the Werribee police station on 9742 9444.
