Nominations have opened for the 2025–26 Cricket Victoria Community Cricket Awards, celebrating the outstanding contributions of individuals, clubs, associations and schools who have helped to grow and strengthen community cricket across the state.
The community cricket awards, which recognise both on and off-field contributions to the sport in Victoria, will this year feature some changes to the volunteer category.
Previously awarded to a single individual, the volunteer award will now have separate male and female recipients.
The award has also been re-branded and will now be known as the David Jukes Volunteer of the Year Award, honouring an individual whose service and commitment have helped shape community cricket.
Nominations for the 2025-26 community cricket awards close at 11:55pm on Monday 9 February and the winners will be announced at a ceremony at the Junction Oval on Friday, March 20.
