Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Christopher Harvey.
Warrants have been issued for the arrest of the 36-year-old, in relation to property and driving offences.
Investigators have released an image of Harvey in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is known to frequent Werribee, Wyndham Vale and Melton.
