It’s rein-ing Christmas fun in Wyndham, with a number of tree-mendous activities organised by Wyndham council.
Resident’s can browse a Christmas Market on Saturday, December 3 from 10am to 2pm at Hoppers Junction, featuring a makers market, kids
activities, entertainment and flower crown making.
The Werribee City Centre will host roving performers, entertainment and face painting on Saturday and Sunday December 10 and 11, from 10am – 3pm.
A Makers Market will be held in the car park of the Wyndham Cultural Centre and attendees can purchase handmade jewellery, ceramics, homewares and candles at Hoppers Junction on Saturday, December 3.
“It is a great opportunity to get into the festive spirit and support our wonderful local creatives,” Mayor Susan McIntyre.
“We’ve made it even easier for residents to shop and support local this Christmas…there are three fabulous events to start the festivities.
“Bring the family down, grab a bite to eat, tick off some Christmas shopping and enjoy all of the entertainment on offer.”
A special Christmas edition of the Meet me in Tarneit Twilight Market will be held on Friday, December 16 at Dianella Community Centre.
“Browse the stalls, catch a performance, enjoy some kids activities or grab a bite to eat it’s the perfect way to spend a Friday evening this summer,” Councillor McIntyre said.
