Buying a new house is now virtually easy

Property buyers are being offered a virtual tour of one of Wyndham Vale’s newest residential communities.

New touch-screen technology at the Savana information centre aims at making the experience of shopping
for house and land packages in the $129 million project more interactive.

Project sales manager Leonie Sexton said customers could scroll through plans for Savana and discover what it was like to live in a community before they make “one of the most important decisions of their lives”.

Developers AVID Property Group last week announced the latest land release – 19 blocks starting at $219,000.

Group development manager Chris Ravat said the release was well positioned near a future park and close to public transport, shops and a medical centre.

Mr Ravat said the project would eventually deliver 640 homes for more than 2000 new residents.

“Future releases will also see the development of beautiful river frontage walking tracks,” he said.

“We will soon have Werribee River access, so there will be a reserve at the northern end and walking tracks along the river at the southern end, which will have huge lifestyle appeal.”
