A prime piece of Werribee South real estate is up for grabs.
This 0.4 hectare (one acre) block on Crawfords Road has a private water frontage with uninterrupted city and bay views, is walking distance to both Wyndham beach and Wyndham Harbour and is protected from overdevelopment by the Green Wedge Zone.
Carter Humphries director Nick Carter said the site had plans and permits for a five-bedroom house with tennis court and pool.
Mr Carter said it’s the first time the property has been on the market.
“It’s a whole acre, it’s basically the first block from the beach,” he said.
“There’s 78 metres of frontage to the foreshore, there are views of the city, down to Wyndham Harbour and out to sea. There’s a lot of people who would love to have it.”
The agent is taking expressions of interest of more than $1.5 million up until November 29.
