Wyndham council is developing a new master plan for Campbells Cove and Baileys Beach in Werribee South. Proposals under the plan include developing a boardwalk, seating area and lookout at Baileys Beach. The draft plan will be open for public consultation until March 22, details: https://theloop.wyndham.vic.gov.au/campbells-cove-and-baileys-beach-master-plan
