Alexandra Parker-Gruenberg is wanted by police for theft and failing to answer bail.
Two warrants have been issued for her arrest.
Parker-Gruenberg, 28, is known to frequent the Casey, Dandenong and Werribee areas.
She is described as 163 centimetres tall, with a medium build and fair complexion.
