The Chessington Street Dog Park in Williams Landing was home to a very special kind of Christmas event on Friday 5 December.
A group of furry friends and their humans that have been catching up for more than a year decided to have their very own pooch Christmas party.
One of the organisers, Dianne Trafford ,said locals from Williams Landing, Point Cook, Seabrook and Altona Meadows love to bring their pets along to the park, and have come to love the spot as it allows for bigger and smaller dogs to be separated.
“We have a fairly busy life, but we try to take the dogs as much as we can, but some people are there very virtually every day,” she said.
“We all love our dogs and we have a fabulous time … it is really good to have people with the same interests. Star Weekly photographer Damjan Janevski attended the party.
