Taking time to smell the roses

Many mellow moments were enjoyed at Werribee Park during the State Rose & Garden show, Saturday, December 12.

The wonderful weather saw visitors leisurely amble amongst antique rose varieties whilst wandering amongst Wyndham community groups and specialist stalls.

Among their meandering, visitors were treated to stalls run by the Secret Rose Garden, the Werribee Community Shed, the Werribee Park Heritage Orchard, Wyndham council’s Pop Up Library and potting and painting run by the Rose Garden Shows Marque, who also provided many gardening books for the day.
