The time-old tale of Beauty and the Beast hits the stage at Werribee’s MacKillop College next week when a cast of 50 students sing and dance their way through the much-loved Disney musical.
Students from years 7 to 12 will perform the unlikely love story of a beautiful, headstrong village girl, Belle, and an arrogant young prince, who’s been changed magically into an ugly beast.
Beauty and the Beast opens on August 27 at the school’s Moreno Performing Arts Centre. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased online at www.mackillop.vic.edu.au, or at the door.
