Going out for a worthy Girls Night In

Black, gold and pink will reign supreme next month as the colours Wyndham women have chosen when they throw on their glad rags and enjoy a cheeky wine or two to raise money for women’s cancer research.

Point Cook resident Hayley Tehan is hoping to raise $10,000 in a cocktail-style Girls Night In at the Phoenix Hotel, Point Cook, on October 23.

Ms Tehan has hosted five Girls Nights In over the past six years – giving birth the one year she missed out – and last year she raised close to $6000.

“In recent years, my friends and family have been affected by cancer in many ways,” Ms Tehan said.

Singer Troy Barrett will entertain and there will be a raffle and take-home gift bags. Tickets are $25.
