Having opened Australian Skin Clinics Pacific Werribee in March 2020, weeks before Victoria’s first lockdown, it has been a tough start for co-owners Monica and Mai Tran.
Both women have been in the industry for over 10 years, starting in lower level roles such as junior laser technician, and slowly working their way up to bigger roles in business development and state management.
“We are passionate about all things skin and laser! We have a dedicated team who are available seven days a week for a complimentary consultation,” Mai says.
“All our laser and dermal technicians must hold a minimum diploma and a laser safety certificate, as well as adhere to strict laser training protocols, to provide maximum benefit to clients.”
Driven by their helping their clients to achieve results, the Pacific Werribee team believe that knowledge is power – they are proud to educate their clients and help them to feel good in their own skin.
“Our mission is to make people look and feel fantastic about themselves by providing leading edge, credible and medically researched cosmetic treatments in a professional, ethical and service oriented environment, with the highest priority always in the client’s best interest,” says Monica.
“We love rewarding and giving back to our clients, so we are constantly and currently working on events and prompts to help give back to the community – keep an eye out on our social media to stay up to date, something is coming soon!”
