Thomas Carr College is a Catholic Secondary School providing education for students in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne since 1997.

Located in Tarneit, Thomas Carr College is a proud and welcoming multicultural community, who prides themselves as a place of learning.

The College itself is situated on over 10 hectares of spacious grounds incorporating modern, state-of-the-art facilities including a performing arts centre, gymnasium, trade trading centre and a first class oval.

The performing arts centre boasts a 500-seat auditorium, features the latest technical production equipment including lighting and sound systems, dedicated rooms for drama and music and a recording studio.

The school gym also features modern facilities, with two basketball courts, retractable tiered seating, as well as a dedicated weights room and state-of-the art exercise equipment.

With an open day coming up, the college welcomes the community in to meet their friendly staff and students, to experience what’s on offer.

On the day, visitors can take a tour through different learning area displays and have the opportunity to talk to staff and students to answer any questions you may have about their Thomas Carr College experiences.

Visitors will have the opportunity to take part in regular student-led College Tours, meet the principal, Mr Jamie Madigan along with other faculty staff.

There will also be a variety of musical performances to enjoy, a sausage sizzle plus coffee and tea supplied.
