Not just a day for racing, the Werribee Cup will have live music playing throughout venues on the day and something catering for everyone.
For those lucky enough to have scored the now sold out tickets to the Sporting Globe marquee, Madz Got Rich, made up of Madeliene Axiak and Richard Nguyen and their band are ready to create a fun atmosphere on Sunday.
With over 15 years’ experience in the music industry, they’re well known across the western suburbs, playing at large scale weddings to clubs throughout Wyndham, including corporate events, they’re committed to providing exceptional entertainment for racing punters.
For those in the park hotel marquee a live DJ will keep the music running, with a variety of tracks there’ll be something for everyone to enjoy.
Gates on the day open at 11.30am, with activities to keep the kids busy starting from noon and Fashions on the Field kicking off at 1pm. It’s a fun filled day for all age groups.
Werribee Racing Club, events manager Karen Chatterton said it will be a day full of wonderful Wyndham community spirit and being a Sunday, it’s got a great mixture of family fun, with food trucks galore and music spread out across the course.
The eight races will run through like clock work on the day, with the all important main event, race 7, the Werribee Cup at 4.55pm
