A new concept in Aged Care living coming to the Wyndham region this April.

Wyndham’s youngest suburb Williams Landing is set to gain its very own state-of-the-art aged care residence next week. TriCare, one of Australia’s leading aged care providers, is opening its first aged care facility in Victoria, TriCare Williams Landing.

The TriCare concept promotes genuine care, comfort, and independence within elegant surroundings – something TriCare is excited to bring to the Victorian market.

“Our services are designed to support residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing while allowing residents to maintain independence. We want our residents to feel at home and continue to enjoy their hobbies” said Nithin Shetty, TriCare Williams Landing Facility Manager.

“The studio apartments are unique and very spacious. We have thought about every detail, from a kitchenette equipped with mini-fridge and stone benchtop, to plenty of storage and floor-to-ceiling windows to allow plenty of light in. The amenities take upmarket living to the next level. It includes a conservatory, a wine bar, lounges, a movie theatre, and cafe.”

The construction of the 126 accommodation, 4-storey residence has recently wrapped up in the new and fast-growing suburb of Williams Landing. Linked to the suburb’s growth in population will surely also be attributed to the rise in jobs from several new developments in the area. In addition to jobs created throughout the construction process, TriCare Williams Landing is set to create up to 140 new jobs alone once operations ramp up.

With the substantial investment in the area, the suburb is attracting young professionals, families, and older Australians. According to Australian Bureau of Statistics data, the over 65 population in the Wyndham area, which includes Williams Landing, is set to triple in the next 20 years.

TriCare Williams Landing will support the growing need for aged care in area, in addition to the increasing demand for more contemporary seniors living options in Australia’s metro areas.
