First National Real Estate Westwood receives recognition

First National Real Estate’s highest achievers were presented with their General Excellence and Marketing Awards at the Intercontinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa last Friday. The awards dinner brought recognition to Australia and New Zealand’s top 2016 salespeople, property managers and administrators, and attracted more than 385 delegates from Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.

The peak event on First National’s awards calendar capped a year of strong growth, technological achievement, and dedication to providing the best advice and communication in the profession, which according to First National Real Estate Westwood principal, Bob Westwood, contributed to the network winning Canstar Blue’s award for ‘Overall Customer Satisfaction’ award nationally for 2016/17.

‘First National is focused on a standard of excellence that puts customers’ interests first. We strive to deliver the things that customers most value in real estate such as quality communication and advice, marketing, value for money, problem resolution and contract handling. When agents bring these things together effectively, our customers get the results they seek’ said Bob Westwood

“The network, however, focused on a national campaign of professional development to assure consistently high performance in all states and territories. It achieved record attendances and the General Excellence and Marketing Awards represent recognition of our staffs’ and members’ dedication to excellence.”

On the night, Bob Westwood received an award for the Highest Gross Sales Commission for Commercial, Nationally.

Additional awards won included:

  • First National Commercial – Westwood – Highest Number of Settled Sales (Medium office)
  • First National Commercial – Westwood – Highest Gross Sales Commission (Medium office)

Bob Westwood said the First National General Excellence and Marketing Awards are an important event as they present an opportunity for the network’s membership to come together and celebrate outstanding achievements, and to learn about the systems and processes that enabled colleagues to deliver award winning outcomes for customers.
