Auction Extravaganza in Point Cook

A staggering 7 million dollars’ worth of properties will be auctioned by the nation’s leading real estate brand LJ Hooker at an Auction Extravaganza this December, in the very first in-room real estate auction event to be held in Point Cook.

LJ Hooker Point Cook will hold the Auction Extravaganza on Thursday 7th December from 5.30pm. The night will feature 11 properties listed by LJ Hooker Point Cook, and will be auctioned by LJ Hooker’s David Holmes, an award winning and leading auctioneer that has specialised in real estate markets across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

Directors Paul Caine and Silvana Masalkovski said they are expecting over 50 buyers to turn up on the night to compete for the 11 properties with prices ranging from $470,000 to $780,000.

“We have a fantastic selection of properties available on the evening, from the grand family home on Sommersby Road in Point Cook’s tightly held Newminster estate, to a perfect renovation opportunity on 21 Driftwood Close in Seabrook,” Mr Caine said.

“Auction Extravaganza is an opportunity to showcase the strength and depth of our skills at LJ Hooker Point Cook. Paul and I have been servicing the local community since September 2008 and along with our team, we are committed to ongoing innovation and delivering memorable customer experiences,” Ms Masalkovski said.

The event will kick off with a Charity Auction at 6:15pm with proceeds going to the LJ Hooker Foundation to support the Humpty Dumpty Foundation and Cystic Fibrosis Australia. Bidders will have a chance to win an Audi weekend, comprising of an Audi SQ7 for a weekend, an evening’s accommodation, dinner and breakfast for two at Balgownie Estate Vineyward Resort and Spa in the Yarra Valley, donated by Audi Centre Melbourne and LJ Hooker Assist. Whilst avid Cats fans may want to try their luck and bid on a football signed by the Geelong Football Team, donated by The Brook, Point Cook.

“Through the support of our team and our local community, we have raised several thousand dollars over the years for wonderful causes, sporting clubs and schools. We hope people dig deep for the charity items on offer and then hopefully, go on to win the bid on their dream home in our Auction Extravaganza.”

The evening will be held at The Brook on Sneydes Road in Point Cook. The property auctions will commence at 6.30pm.
