VOLUNTEERS like Geoffrey Roach (pictured) are preparing the State Rose Garden at Werribee Park for spring. Supporters have spent the past few weeks pruning the tourist attraction’s 5000 roses.
The roses cover six hectares and are expected to bloom by October.
