Entrepreneurs looking for a new office space in the west may want to consider funky, New York-style spaces being offered in Footscray.

The complex, at 105 Whitehall Street, will undergo an $8million redevelopment to include 14 commercial workspaces that are only 4.7 kilometres from the CBD and have direct access to Docklands.
