FOR 20 years, Werribee Jazz Club members such as president Margaret Hammon, George Halliday, Edith Schadendorff and Col Botten (pictured) have been bringing the sounds of yesteryear to Wyndham.
The club will celebrate its 20th anniversary next month with a performance by the Riviera Jazz Band. Mrs Hammon hopes the celebrations will encourage more jazz-lovers to join the club.
The band will perform at Chirnside Park Bowling Club, Watton Street, Werribee from 8pm and tickets are $12 for members, $15 for visitors. Details: 9974 2918.
