WYNDHAM Council will lobby the state and federal governments for key arterial road upgrades, improvements to bus services and further support for major projects including the Werribee Sports and Fitness Centre redevelopment and East Werribee Employment Precinct.
Mayor Heather Marcus said with Wyndham’s residential population to exceed 245,000 by 2021, the city’s infrastructure problems would only get worse without significant funding from both governments.
