Hundreds of volunteers, including Wyndham mayor Bob Fairclough, helped Point Cook CFA smash its record total for the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.
The brigade collected $30,389 on Good Friday after raising $21,502 last year.
Volunteers from across Wyndham worked tirelessly through the day, knocking on doors and collecting donations in the Point Cook, Seabrook, Sanctuary Lakes and Werribee South areas.
