John Zangari bagged 11 goals as Glen Orden continued its impressive run through the first half of the Western Region Football League division 2 season on Saturday.
The Hawks proved far too good for Braybrook, steamrolling to a 28.27 (195) – 13.2 (80) win.

While Zangari was unstoppable, Mark Pozzuto also made life difficult for the Bomber defenders, kicking six goals of his own.
Despite losing a number of key players from their 2013 premiership side, the Hawks haven’t missed a beat and are on top of the ladder with a perfect 9-0 record.

Deer Park kicked four third-quarter goals to Hoppers Crossing’s one to hold an 11-point lead with a term remaining.
The Lions added another two goals for their 9.18 (72) to 8.10 (58) win.
Adam Poland was the pick of the Warriors, kicking a goal and winning a lot of important ball around the ground. He was well supported by Daniel Riosa and Matthew Young.
For Deer Park, Spiros Amarantidis led the way with three majors. The weekend’s loss means Hoppers Crossing stays in fifth spot on the division 1 ladder with a 5-4 record through the first half of the season.
The Warriors have a two-game break over sixth-placed Sunshine.
In round 10, Hoppers Crossing will take on local rival Werribee Districts.
