Those who love helping others learn will have an opportunity to put that passion to good use.

The 2025 Wyndham Learning Festival is calling for learning event providers to be part of this year’s festival with submissions open until Monday, June 16.

The festival is led by the Wyndham Community and Education Centre and will run between September 1-7.

Proudly supported by Wyndham City Council, it will feature a curated program of events ensuring that all members of the community find a learning event that interests them.

The aim of the festival is to bring people together through learning, motivate the community to try something new and to promote lifelong learning for all age groups.

Eight categories need generous volunteers to get the show going.

They are the arts, wellbeing and personal development, sports and recreation, food and cooking, history, culture and diversity, families and children, the world of biz and tech and environment and sustainability.

This year will be the 10th anniversary of the festival and aptly, the theme of this year is ‘A Decade of Discovery: Celebrating 10 years of Learning’.

The event allows residents to engage with learning opportunities in their own neighbourhoods, reflecting the diverse needs and interests of the local community
