A 19-year-old Wyndham Vale man has been arrested by police following a fatal collision that occurred in Wyndham Vale on Saturday, January 25.
It is believed the male driver of a Mitsubishi SUV was travelling along Armstrong Road when his vehicle collided with a cyclist at the intersection of Black Forest Road about 11.50pm.
The male rider, who is yet to be formally identified, was located deceased at the scene.
Police said the man will be interviewed and the investigation remains ongoing.
