Police are investigating a violent brawl between students at The Grange P-12 College in Hoppers Crossing on Tuesday.
It’s been reported that a fight between six teens aged between 14 and 16 broke out at the school’s senior campus on Deloraine Drive about 12pm on April 30.
Police say two boys were injured during the brawl and all six were known to be students at The Grange.
A spokesperson for the Education Department said immediate and appropriate disciplinary action was taken and support provided to staff and students.
“An incident at The Grange P-12 College yesterday involving a small number of students does not reflect the values or behaviour of the vast majority of students at the school.”
