Police are investigating an assault in Hoppers Crossing on Saturday night that has left a man in hospital with serious injuries.
A man was knocked unconscious during an altercation at a function at a licensed premises on Horne Street about 11.45pm on March 30.
He was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
No arrests have been made at this stage and police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
