Traffic chaos after Princess freeway truck collision

There are significant traffic delays on the Princess Freeway, Werribee following a collision between a truck and a car late on Tuesday morning.

The collision occurred at about 11.30am on February 13 when the truck is believed to have collided with the car while travelling towards Geelong, about 1 kilometre past the western interchange.

Emergency services responded to the scene but no one was injured.

There are heavy delays for outbound traffic on the Princess Freeway beginning at Werribee Zoo.

The speed limit in the area has been reduced to 40km/h and motorists are advised to drive cautiously when passing through.
