A young girl has died after being struck by a car in Werribee on Wednesday.
Emergency services were called to Shaws Road at about 9.15pm, but were unable to save the girl who died at the scene.
The female driver of the vehicle stopped at the scene and is assisting police who are still investigating the cause.
