A man has been charged following an investigation into an alleged text message scam.
Police executed a search warrant at a home in Truganina on March 13.
An 18-year-old man was arrested at the scene and a mobile phone seized along with identification belonging to another person.
The Truganina man has been charged with negligently dealing with proceeds of crime relating to four separate incidents between October 14 and 17.
He has been bailed to appear at Werribee Magistrates’ Court on August 29.
