The Committee for Wyndham has received a $20,000 grant from the state government, which will go towards funding a new project.

The ‘Wyndham – Our digital future’ project is a digital capability program delivered via workshops, networking events and one-on-one sessions.

Business chambers and trader groups play an important role in supporting small businesses across the

state.

“Congratulations to Committee for Wyndham for designing such a fantastic project for the local business community,” Werribee MP Tim Pallas said.

“This is a great way for small businesses in Wyndham to connect and collaborate while being part of something that will benefit the whole community.”

The funding was received through the Business Chambers and Trader Groups Program, and since launching in 2020, has provided $7 million to support more than 300 local business organisations.

“This program continues to support creative initiatives that fuel the local economy and keep businesses and community connected,” Small Business minister Jaala Pulford said.

“I look forward to seeing more of these ideas brought to life in small business communities across Victoria.

“Our local business chambers and trader groups play a vital role in supporting small businesses commu- nities across the state.”
