Cedar Woods empowers local community connectivity and collaboration in Williams Landing
Wyndham’s own Williams Landing is home to a vibrant local community, prospering over the last 14 years into a thriving residential and commercial hub with over 9,400 residents and counting.
At the heart of every Cedar Woods development is community, and Williams Landing is a standout example of a thriving local neighbourhood – with a bustling range of shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as play and green spaces for the whole family to enjoy day in and day out.
Becoming known as one of the standout events in the Williams Landing calendar, the annual pop-up park season offers locals a chance to connect while supporting longstanding and emerging local businesses that are integral to the ongoing success of the Williams Landing community.
Cedar Woods is proud to provide this wonderful initiative to the Williams Landing community, with the previous season featuring special celebrations for Chinese New Year and Easter, guest appearances from Dr Hubble’s Bubble Show, and a wide range of food provided by local vendors.
With the return of spring, Cedar Woods is delighted to announce that the pop-up parks are returning to Williams Landing with a series of events, kicking off in full force with a very special Grand Final Eve celebration during the upcoming school holidays!
The first pop-up park of the season will take place on Friday 23 September, 11am-1pm, and will feature a complimentary sausage sizzle stocked by Premium Meats, live music, and face painting, plus a handballing competition where the whole family is encouraged to bring out their inner footy player.
The pop-up park series is just one initiative proving successful with Williams Landing locals, with a range of activations included in the calendar throughout the year – such as school holiday activities hosted at the Williams Landing Shopping Centre and Cedar Woods-hosted business networking events, empowering local business owners and community members to grow while also making new connections.
Cedar Woods looks forward to celebrating the start of spring with the return of the pop-up parks and facilitating a wide range of upcoming events for the Williams Landing community.
