The Wyndham Volunteer Expo on Saturday, May 14 showcased 44 volunteer groups working in the municipality.
More than 300 attendees visited the Encore Event Centre to peruse the volunteer options available, ranging from emergency services to sporting clubs.
Local councillors and Mayor Peter Maynard were also in attendance.
“The Volunteer Expo was great for Wyndham as it brought together a range of different volunteer organisations all in one place,” Cr Maynard said.
“The feedback from everyone was positive and people enjoyed visiting the expo to find out information about volunteering.”
