Manor Lakes College students Allen Toby and Isobelle Fletcher, with the Salvation Army’s Tim Size, display emergency packs that the college’s students have organised to help some of Wyndham’s most disadvantaged residents.
The students, who are part of the school’s junior Rotary club, have put together the packs of food and personal hygiene items to be distributed among Wyndham’s homeless.
The packs will be given out by the Salvation Army. Wyndham Rotary Club’s Max Coster said the students held a barbecue at Bunnings to raise money to pay for the packs’ contents.
