Wyndham police arrested three men at a Manor Lakes shopping complex on Tuesday evening.
The men, who were arrested about 5.30pm, are aged 18, 20 and 22 years old.
Police seized a large carving knife, after allegedly finding the weapons in one of the men’s possession.
The 20-year-old man is expected to be charged on summons for hindering and resisting police and possession of a controlled weapon.
All three men have also been banned from the shopping centre.
