This week, 20 years ago – on November 21, 2001 – The Werribee Banner’s front page read:
“Chirnside Park recreation groups have slammed the area’s proposed redevelopment and accused Wyndham Council of having a pre-set agenda. The comments came in reaction to the draft Chirnside Park master plan, available for public comment until November 28.”
